Apple Inc. (AAPL) reportedly terminated a 10-year-long project, to develop its electric car. It was reported earlier this year, however, that the tech giant still needs to be done with its future ambitions of the EV (Electric Vehicle) business. DigiTimes reported that Apple Inc. (AAPL) is assessing the possibility of collaborating with a certain US EV startup named Rivian, which would be the likely candidate.

It’s been speculated among the supply chain dealers that the company is definitely teaming up with the EV startup. And most probably the company is not starting any car project from scratch instead it’s taking the same 10-year-old idea of Apple Car project development to the new realms.

There are no further details available about this partnership that might involve Rivian or any other candidate firm. The views of Rivian are also not yet revealed so things are still not final officially.
