Berkshire Hathaway Portfolio Changes: New Additions in Ulta Beauty and Heico, Exits Paramount and Snowflake
Berkshire Hathaway, the legendary investment firm led by Warren Buffett, has made some notable shifts in its portfolio this quarter. Among the headline moves, Berkshire Hathaway Portfolio Changes include new positions in Ulta Beauty (ULTA) and Heico Corp. (HEI), while exiting from significant stakes in Paramount Global (PARA) and Snowflake (SNOW).
Berkshire purchased around 690,000 shares of Ulta Beauty, valued at approximately $266 million as of June 30. Additionally, the firm acquired about 1 million shares of Heico Corp., which also saw its stock rise following the disclosure.
Buffett’s team decided to exit Paramount Global and divest from Snowflake, previously holding 6.1 million shares valued at $989 million at the end of the first quarter.
Further, Berkshire trimmed its stake in Apple (AAPL) and Chevron Corp. (CVX), while continuing to build its holding in Occidental Petroleum (OXY) and Chubb Limited (CB).
